"This office fails to be accountable for their own mistakes. This office and leadership fail to even provide basic decency and would rather argue with a customer than provide a resolution for again, repeated mistakes. Truly I will be seeking alternative insurance, after many years of being with state farm the decline in care and attention to account details and even customer service has declined to the point I can no longer stand to interact with these particular individuals. I will no longer be recommending. Look elsewhere if you see this. See the backhanded response they provided below. "Service attempted to provide" the service they offered was me waiting an additional 2 weeks for them to attempt something they had no confidence they could provide. "Email us with a solution" Right so now it falls to me to correct their mistakes? Amd apparently provide accountability for their refusal to just read an address on their account? It falls on me to not overcharge a customer? It falls on me to not argue with a customer 0 accountability these people. 0 solutions. Congrats on showing your true selves. Regional manager reached out, Dorita Ellis, and fully condoned this level of conduct and behavior. State farm is really digging their grave. Absolutely will never recommend this insurnace agency."
